DESCRIPTION:The Independence Day of India\, which is celebrated religiously throughout the Country on the 15th of August every year\, holds tremendous ground in the list of national days\, since it reminds every Indian about the dawn of a new beginning\, the beginning of an era of deliverance from the clutches of British colonialism of more than 200 years. We at Vijaya celebrate this national day by witnessing the sacrifices of many freedom fighters\, who laid down their lives on the line.

DESCRIPTION:The following prizes shall be given to encourage the students for better performance:\n1. Academic :- The students securing First Three Positions (class wise).\n2. Attendance:- Any student whose attendance is 100% during the session (1-4-2019 to 29-4-2020)\n3. Best Handwriting :- The students with best handwriting (class wise).\n4. Vocabulary :- Five words on every working day shall be written on the notice board w.e.f. the first working day of May till mid December 2019. These words shall be the syllabus for the vocabulary test. On the first working day of January 2020\, the vocabulary test will be conducted. 50 words will be given to write their meaning & make sentences for their use. The students securing First Three Positions would be awarded who gets at least 80% marks. The students of classes VI to XII can participate in this contest.\n5. G.K. & Current Affair :- Daily five facts are written on the Prescribed notice board. On the basis of these facts\, the under reference contest is conducted half yearly.
