Registration For Admission To Nursery Wing (Session 2023-2024)

Our Nursery classes (LKG and UKG) are held at our Nursery Wing “Vijaya Nursery School” at Omaxe City, Jhajjar Road, Bahadurgarh. The building has been erected on 0.47 acre of land in a planned way making compliance of all the safety norms. The building is fully air-conditioned, with proper plantation, spacious play ground and well furnished activity room. The school transport facility is available within the municipal limit of Bahadurgarh and nearby villages, viz; Mehndipur Daboda,Nuna Majra, Lowa Khurd, Naya Gaon and Ballour. The pupil at Nursery Wing shall study for two years. After passing UKG, the parents have the option to get their wards admitted at our Mohan Nagar Branch (Here school transport facility is not available) or at our new premises at Vijaya Sr. Sec. School, village Lowa Khurd, Near DPS Bahadurgarh- Jhajjar Road (Here school transport facility is available); in either case admission charges and security shall not be charged again from the parents.

2 : The Registration for admission to LKG can be made online/offline ; in UKG there is no seat. The acknowledgement of online registration shall be generated there and then. Before the Registration Form is filled up and submitted, the following information be noted meticulously.

  1. The essential requirement for registration for admission to LKG is that the pupil must attain the age of 3+ as on 31.03.2023.

  2. The registration is open for admission to LKG only; in UKG there is no seat .

  3. The last date for Registration is 31.01.2023.
  4. Once the Registration Form for LKG is submitted online, the next step shall be conveyed to the applicant on the Email given in the Registration Form or on the WhatsApp number. In case, the applicant does not receive the next step within three days of the submission of Registration Form, he / she can contact on the mobile No. 8901295011 / 9812033940. In case of offline, the next procedure shall be given in writing to the person who deposits the Registration Form. The admission to LKG shall be made on the basis of, inter alia, nearness to the school, sibling and alumnus. The list of the students who are allowed admission to LKG as well as schedule of admission shall be displayed on the notice board of all the branches of the school and on the website of the school (www.vijayaschool.com) on 06.02.2023 at 10am. The schedule of admission to be made shall also be whatsapped to the concerned parents. In case, the admission is not made on the earmarked date, no further opportunity shall be given and the admission is deemed as cancelled. The seats available for admission to LKG are 140. 
  5. The hard copy of the Registration Form is available at all the branches of the school but the registration form be deposited  only at Mohan Nagar, Bahadurgarh branch against proper receipt.

Note :  1) Cash Transaction is not allowed.

2) All the Admission process shall be completed at Mohan Nagar branch. At the time of Admission, charges can be deposited through cheque / Debit Card / Credit cards. Once the admission is made, username and password shall be conveyed  to the parents on whatsapp for online payment of tuition fee.

3) The tuition fee can be deposited monthly / quarterly as per the convenience of the parents ; in either case it must be submitted  by 15th of the month to avoid any penalty / removal of student  from the class.
